I have reached a critical mass. I am now 300lbs, although I have reached 325lbs before. Their are many reasons that have allowed me to reach this critical mass. Laziness, overeating, not eating at the right times etc.. The reason are not important anymore. I need to make a lifestyle change and get myself to a healthier weight. I have decided to do the slow-carb diet that Tim Ferriss writes about in this blog post and also in more detail in his book The 4-Hour Body: An Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex, and Becoming Superhuman. The hardest to change will be not drinking calories, I do love Pepsi.
But here it goes it’s The first Day of 2012, it’s not a resolution per say, it’s going to be a lifestyle change. I’m going to start the slow-carb regime on January 2 2012. I will post some pictures of what I am eating on here. I do have a before picture of myself ( will share in the future), it is posted on my fridge at the moment. When I do have some good results I will share both before and after pictures.
