One Month Update

On January 1st 2012 I wrote that I reached Critical Mass. This is an update. I am disappointed in myself, I have only lost 10.2 lbs and 3 total inches (TI). The lowest I reached was  285.8 lbs for a total of 14.2 lbs lost, well that was not bad. But after each cheat day I gained pounds, I’m sure that is to expected. I also need to be more careful with what I eat I believe there were some hidden sugars in some of the foods I was eating. I never did give up cola, well I gave up regular cola for diet colas, I’m sure the aspartame slowed me down. Not to mention a donut or two when a box showed up at work. They are a weakness.  This first month was with no added exercise, the next month I will add Russian Kettle Bell Swings for 20 minutes three days a week plus walking.

I’m sure my results will better and the end of February.
